Police Arrested 2men And A Lady Who Tried To Pay In Photocopied Naira Notes Bank In Port Harcourt





Two Men and a lady were on Tuesday 18th Oct. 2016, nabbed on by police men attached to Rumuepirikom Division of River State police command , for allegedly trying to pay in photocopied 500 and 1000 NAIRA notes into a new generational bank.

Theier names according to the police are Andrew Ogah ‘m’, Ozoemena Okeke ‘m’, and Helen Ozoemena Okeke ‘f’.

Confirming the arrest, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Omoni Nnamdi, “the Commissioner of Police, CP. Francis M. Odesanya, advises the public to be careful with the antics of these criminals whose stock in trade is to defraud unsuspecting customers and clients. And also, to be weary of the existence in circulation of fake naira currencies, especially within the Mgbuoba Area of Port Harcourt.”
