MTV Base Vj Stephanie Coker Condemns Buharis Comment About First Ladys Position Belonging In His Kitchen And Other Room

When most men are commending Buhari for his statement and for rightly putting women in their places, Most women in the other hand   feels it's disrespectful to say something like that to his wife or any woman because according to them,  there is more to a woman than just kitchen and the other rooms.  One of those among others, who condemned the presidents statement is Stephani Croacker  A TV personality/entrepreneur.

She took to her instagram page to express her reservations saying
“I feel so privileged to be growing up in an era where women are presidents of countries, women are running conglomerates, women are effortlessly juggling child bearing whilst running billion dollar companies, discovering cures to treating diseases and so many other extraordinary things. No woman should be confined to a kitchen, living room or any "other room". My country has progressed so much in encouraging young girls to pursue their dreams. To be hearing this in 2016 breaks me and I will speak against it till it is finished. #RespectAWomanAndBeRespected
