After winning the biggest award on MTVEMA award show, AmeborHQ reporters went back stage to meet him. They saw him praying when they got there, waited for him to finish and when he was done, they asked him how he felt winning major awards this year without even releasing a single song. He was said to have reportedly lighted a Gurkha Black Dragon cigar which cost $1,150, he then replied and said
"I feel great man, just now that you saw me praying i was praying for davido his like a brother to me. He claims to make $100k a week but can't pay dancers that's a bad thing that was why i was praying for him to make it without problems like me."
