On Thursday last week, Lagos State police command said they have arrested a foreigner who is specialised in deliberately sleeping with ladies unprotected and infecting them with HIV
The foreigner whose identity has not been released by the police is said to have known his status and yet still infect ladies with it.
Confirming the incident, the Lagos State PRO to Dolapo Badmos said the foreigner is under detention and will be charged to court today 14/10/2016
